Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of purchase.

Shipping Destinations and Rates

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days after dispatch within the contiguous United States, and 5-10 business days for Canada, depending on destination and carrier. These are estimates only; delays caused by the carrier or customs are outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Customs and Import Duties (Canada)

For orders shipped to Canada, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by Canadian customs on arrival.
